Mexico Tech Week 2025 is Coming: All You Need to Know
Mexico Tech Week (MXTW) returns to Mexico City for its third edition, uniting entrepreneurs, investors, startups, and tech enthusiasts in a week-long celebration of innovation, knowledge sharing, and networking.
A Growing Movement
Since its launch, Mexico Tech Week has experienced rapid growth:
2022 featured 70 independent events
2023 expanded to 200 events
For 2025, the goal is an ambitious 400 events across the city
This growth highlights Mexico City’s emergence as a thriving hub for tech innovation in Latin America.
What is Mexico Tech Week?
Mexico Tech Week is not a traditional conference but a decentralized, community-driven series of events organized by startups, investors, coworking spaces, and community groups. Events take place in diverse venues citywide, including panels, workshops, meetups, and social gatherings.
This format fosters organic connections and makes the week accessible to a wide audience.
Fight Club CDMX’s Role in Mexico Tech Week
Last year, Fight Club CDMX hosted two successful events during MXTW 2024: the Burgers Meetup and the Forest Walk. These gatherings brought together over 200 tech professionals for meaningful networking in both urban and natural environments.
The Burgers Meetup created an informal setting for conversations over food.
The Forest Walk offered a refreshing experience connecting participants through nature.
Both events exemplify Fight Club’s dedication to building authentic, valuable connections beyond typical tech events.
Upcoming Fight Club Events for MXTW 2025
This year, Fight Club CDMX will host two flagship events:
October 18: Forest Walk and Taco Meetup — a casual, health-focused event encouraging natural conversations outside the usual tech scenes.
October 25: Closing Halloween Party — a lively, themed networking event to cap off the week.
Additionally, two Fight Club members are actively volunteering in the organization of MXTW 2025, helping shape the event’s success from within.
How to Participate
All Mexico Tech Week events require individual registration via the official website: mexicotechweek.mx. Registration is subject to approval by event organizers.
While most events are free thanks to sponsors, some may require a fee. Always check the event details before registering.
