This one’s for the adventurers. The curious. The ones who want more than just another weekend in the city.
We’re heading out to explore a hidden spot with a waterfall, river crossings, and a few climbs to make it interesting — no ropes, no gear, just you, some stones, and a solid crew.

📍 Location: Disclosed 48 hrs before (within 45–60 mins of CDMX)
🥾 Level: Medium – 6–7 hours, river crossings, uneven terrain
🌿 WHAT’S THE PLAN?
08:30 – 09:00 — Meet-up, coffee, and intros
09:00 – 14:00 — Hike time: think rivers, rocks, waterfalls & conversations
14:00 – 15:30 — Tacos, micheladas & the way back after that!
This isn’t just a hike. It’s a small escape, a moving hangout with real people who love nature and good talk.
👟 WHAT TO KNOW
Sneakers? Only if they are for trekking or water proof. You’ll need hiking boots or waterproof shoes. The trail gets wet and rocky.
Expect river crossings and stone climbs — nothing wild, but it’s not flat (max elevation within 6 hours is 600 m - pretty easy!)
Check the weather. If Tlaloc (the rain god) wakes up cranky, you’ll want a jacket. The hike isn't moved or cancelled we always get 50-75 participants irrelevant of the weather!
Dogs welcome if they’re up for a decent trek.
Kids 16+ only — this one’s a bit more intense than our usual strolls.
🧳 WHAT TO BRING
Hiking boots / waterproof trail shoes (no usual sneakers!)
1.5–2L water
Sunblock, hat, sunglasses if we have predicted sun!
A warm layer for the morning
Snacks for the trail
Cash to split car rides, parking and entrance fee (we pay your entrance at the bottom (last point of the trail)
Good energy, good vibes, and a little adventurous spirit
